Zoran Kastratović repeated his yesterday’s victory in sprint qualification for sprint of up-to 2000 ccm cars. However, this time it was not as easy as yesterday.
Serbian racer got himself a pole position with time of 1:58.504 but Petr Mandelík with Lotus (KT Motorsport) was not that far. In fact, Mandelík lost only 0.1 of a second. Thus, we are bound to see a merciless duel between winged Clio and green-silver Lotus.
These two racers are the only ones who could finish the qualification under 2 minutes. Petr Krejčí – racing with another Lotus – lost 2,2 seconds after Kastratović while Zoran Poglajen with Renault Clio ended up forth.
